A: If your present hosting provider can no longer satisfy the requirements of your website, or if you experience frequent downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the help desk support team to get back to you, it might be a good idea to change your hosting provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your web sites along with your databases from your current provider to your future provider. At Cachaii, we know that this can be hard & time–consuming. That is why we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!Our qualified technical team will move your site content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience with web site migration and are able to handle everything – from a regular WordPress–driven blog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered website, to a highly elaborate, custom–built web application.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are lots of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to move your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: We do not collect any private information. We will require, though, the login info for your present hosting account along with the name of the web site that you need to migrate.

A: User privacy is indeed one of our top concerns – that’s why, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–grade Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure the information that we receive online. And we have a detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we gather.

A: While we transfer your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. As soon as the transfer is done, we will make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not affected prior to telling you that the transfer is finished. Then we will instruct you how to move the domain name over to your web hosting account with us and how to change the DNS resource records.

A: No. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We can transfer your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform provided that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we cannot migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
